Adrenalin is that hormone that drives you to do something. Passion is probably what you may describe how adrenalin is experienced. If the adrenalin is the chemical, passion is the response to the chemical.
Both are caused by release of hormones and chemicals to a definite part of your brain. Adrenaline give your body a rush of energy and heightened intuitive abilities to help out you get out of difficulty. Many people use an adrenaline response much as they would caffeine: to get hold of through the day and to stay at acme performance. Passion comes from a sense of nouns with yourself, a project, or a superior power. It is often unyielding for people to distinguish between an adrenaline rush and dedication.
