i'm taking pills but at the same time i want to lift multi vitamins, is there any side effect for this?is no side effect if i clutch multi vitamins at impossible to tell apart time i'm taking pills?

it would really depend on what kind of pills i cant meditate of any but talk to your doctor or a pharmacists he will he competent to help you out.
you can nick both at the same time., near are no side effects for this.But dont take the vitamin pills continuously; filch the vitamin pills for 15 days then stop taking the vitamin pills for 15 days , run on like this.
hose down sluble vitamins as ( C and B complex ) have no side effect
but others do
