No it is not true. Ageing is a raw process of decay. We live surrounded by a decaying world and as with adjectives equipment our bodies decay. If we be to even slow the proces of aging the world would be a mess and over populate at a rate that could not be substrained thus the balance of the intuitive order would exact even greater poverty and hunger in the world. So why would we want to even try and slow the ageing process.

Impossible. Aging occur because of faults, not as a command from a single gene contained by the DNA sequence.
There may be a gene associated with the symptoms of ageing within one specific area that have been targeted, but even later it can't be removed, it would need to be changed or replaced.
