Imuran is an immunosuppressive. There are many other immunosuppressive drugs, but they would adjectives have plentifully side effects, and I am not sure whether they would be effective for chrones disease or not. She should see her doctor and explain her side effects and see if he can any prescribe her a different med, or something to help near the side effects.
