Is near a clear in your mind identity or behavioral intrinsic worth that best fit the medical enclosed space?

I would like to know so that I can objectively assess myself (as a nursing student) and an aspiring (pharmD) student and fix any "defects" contained by myself. Understood are key communication skills, compassion, and the nuts and bolts. But what about.. (anything else I am missing) that customarily we wouldn't think roughly speaking but only you through practice, know? Thanks markedly much.Is near a clear in your mind identity or behavioral intrinsic worth that best fit the medical enclosed space?
CHARISMA!! humanity, u have to know how to work under pressure. Logic, intelligence, etics, discipline, commitment, come to blows, strong character , compassion.
You own to be caring, but you can't bring back too involved in other peoples problems or you'll jump nuts.
You have to be capable of distance yourself enough to know how to stick needles and other sharp or uncomfortable things within people's bodies.
Attention to detail is vital. Little mistakes can snuff out.
You can't take things too intuitively. Other healthcare workers can be rude (especially in operating rooms) and you hold to blow it off and a short time ago do what is right.
Hope that helps.
